We're 6 for 6...

I recently called Nick Clark, one of my Community members as you may well know.
I hadn't gotten a reply from him via email on whether Monday May 21st would be a good date for my Senior Project meeting, so I looked up his phone number (which he had sent out in an email to his 'mailing list' a few months ago) and called him about it.

He did have a good reason for not being able to get to the email, though, and he said that date was OK with him.

That makes 6 for 6. Let's rock!

Even though the meeting is on the 21st, another bing deadline looms for me on the 11th.
According to the standard Senior Project rules, your committee members are supposed to get your final materials 10 days before the final meeting.

This gives them time to review the material. Furthermore, it gives me time to assemble my presentation for the meeting. For that, I'll plan on using a PowerPoint slide show, albeit not a fancy one. With all the programs I've written, I could easily go off on a tangent, and a PowerPoint "schedule" could help preclude me from doing that, in addition to conveying information to the committee members.
