May 21st
May 21st - Zero Hour.
The afternoon of May 21st has been approved of as a Senior Meeting date by five of my 6 committee members. (Larry, Ken, John Chiu, DJ and Lee).
I heard from the first four at school on Friday the 27th, and from Lee later that night, which means that I believe I technically made the "paperwork deadline":
Although I'm confident that I did well enough to be approved (Passed) by all of you, the requirement to pass the Senior Project, and, thus, graduate, it is a fact that the minimum is a "yes" vote from 5 of the 6 committee members.
Nick evidently hasn't gotten a chance to reply to my email(s) yet, I should call him...I believe I have an email with his phone number kicking around my inbox somewhere.
Wait a second, is May 11th Zero Hour instead? According to the handbook, materials that your committee can review need to be presented to them by 10 days before the date of the final meeting. Thus, my stuff needs to basic ally be done by that date.
I like that. I really think I can do that. :)
The 10 intervening days are evidently for the committee members to look over the materials.
Also, I would use that time to get my presentation together for the final meeting (as opposed to the stuff I will be presenting, which falls under the May 11th deadline).
I will also get together food and drinks.
Yes Nick, this means coffee. :D
(Food/drink suggestiosn from all of you are welcome, altough of course that's just an incidental.)
I'll need a laptop and projector for displaying my programs anyway, so it won't be much to add a PowerPoint to that setup, I wouldn't think...
