Deadline crunch...

...Well, Ken freaked out (okay, that may be an overstatement) over one of the deadlines in the SWW Senior Project Handbook: last Friday in April, for scheduling the final Senior Project Committee meeting.

I knew it had to be held by the end of May; thus it wasn't intuitive to schedule it four and a half weeks in advance, whether the "instruction book" says otherwise or not. And with the actual work, and the computer problems, such "paperwork" was hardly high on my mind.

Shoot, though I half-hate to admit, being bugged about it did get my behind in gear on scheduling.

The afternoon of May 21st, at SWW, in the afternoon/evening.
Larry said he'd much prefer Mondays, which meant 7th-14th-21st-28th.
The 28th was Memorial Day; using the school then would be as much of a problem then as a weekend.

Tony Waddell and I both have Larry and Ken (and Lee) on our committees, so that led to an idea to put our meetings on the same day. It's more of a convenience for Larry + Ken, I would think, but it recognizes Lee's lack of a vehicle, primarily.

Who, of me and Tony, goes first depends on the schedules of our other committee members. Because Monday is a Scout meeting night for me, the switch-off between activities would be easier if I took the early slot.

Scheduling the student committee members seems easy as well, because the students don't have the types of meetings that adults have too many of...
