Computer Problems, Part 2: A Step in the Right Direction

Cosuin Pat, an IT expert within the family, paid a visit to our house last weekend to take a look at our malfunctioning computers, and decided it was time for a "flush and fill" operation, meaning to wipe out the computer, OS included, and to reinstall everything.

However, he figured out he needed a couple more disks to be able to carry that out (hopefully), which entails another visit during the week that happens to be the RCSD April break. So I should be back on my digital feet soon.
